Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” located at the address: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str. 17, is notifying of an open single-step tender with a lot purchase for the right of concluding a contract for the supply of computer and office devices. The tender organizer is Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” (hereinafter referred to as Goznak).

The bids will be accepted since 3:00 p.m. (Moscow time) April 23 2007 until 11:00 a.m. (Moscow time) May 23 2007.
Any legal body may take part in the tender. Requirements to the tender participants and to the way of confirmation of compliance with these requirements, detailed description of the products to be purchased as well as the tender procedures are listed in the Tender Documentation, which will be provided to any supplier in the following manner:
- it is necessary for the supplier to pay the non-refutable fee in the amount of 10 000 rubles 00 kopeks (ten thousand rubles only) not subject to V.A.T., for the provision of the Tender Documentation. To take part in the tender, it is necessary to provide in due time the bid for participation in the tender (quotation) prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Documentation.
Tender bids are delivered in sealed paper envelopes to the address of the Tender Organizer before the date and time of completion of the tender bids acceptance. The Tender Organizer (Goznak) will carry out the public opening of envelopes on May 23, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. (Moscow time) in presence of the members of the Tender Committee at the address: Moscow, Mytnaya Str. 17. Representatives of the tender participants may be present at the procedure according to their wishes.
The participant, who by the Tender Committee’s decision offered the best conditions according to the requirements of the Tender Documentation, will be the winner of the open tender.
The tender results will be announced on or before June 21, 2007. The tender will be held at the address: Moscow, Mytnaya Str. 17. The starting (limit) price is not stated.
The Tender Organizer has a right to cancel the tender not later than 10 days prior to the results announcement. The contract according to the tender results should be concluded within 20 (twenty) days from the date of confirmation of the result protocol by the Chairman of the Tender Committee of Goznak.

To receive the Tender Documentation for this tender in electronic format, it is necessary to:
1. Provide the Tender Organizer with a copy of request for receipt of the Tender Documentation, which is accepted not earlier than the date of publication of the Tender Notice, and not later than 10 days prior to the last date of the Tender Bids acceptance, on working days since 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. (Moscow time). 2. Pay the non-refutable fee for the Tender Documentation provision and to send copies of the payment documents to the Tender Organizer.
