Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (“Goznak”) is carrying out an open tender No. 2006/6 for the supply in 2007 of cotton wool for paper production in the quantity of 3500 tons to Krasnokamsk and Saint-Petersburg Paper Mills – branches of Goznak.

We invite organizations with experience in this field and meeting the requirements to the authorization and qualification of suppliers stated in “The Instruction to the Tender Participants”. You can receive a complete set of the Tender Documentation till October 26, 2006 only in “Goznak”: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str., 17, telephone: 363-2375, fax: 954-8422.

To receive the tender documentation, the supplier should write a letter to the organizer’s address, stated in the notice, with a request to receive a set of the tender documentation. Besides, a potential participant should provide an annotation of his company, as well as a confirmation that his company is able to produce cotton wool in the quantity of up to 500 tons per month. The supplier’s representative should bring the originals of the said documents upon receipt of the Tender Documentation.
The tender bids should be delivered by an authorized representative of the supplier - tender participant to “Goznak” at the above-stated address till 1:30 p.m. (Moscow time), November 2, 2006.

Bids received later will not be considered.

Opening of envelopes with tender bids will take place at 2:00 p.m. (Moscow time) on November 2, 2006 at the address: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str., 17.
