Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (“Goznak”) is carrying out an open tender for the supply in 2007 of holographic foil for Federal special stamps for alcoholic products in the quantity of 1.800 thousand m2 to Saint-Petersburg Paper Mill – branch of Goznak.

We invite organizations with experience in this field and meeting the requirements to the authorization and qualification of suppliers stated in “The Instruction to the Tender Participants”. Your authorized representative may receive a complete set of the Tender Documentation till October 16, 2006 only in “Goznak”: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str., 17, telephone: 363-2375, fax: 954-8422.

No payment is taken for the set of Tender Documentation. To receive the tender documentation, the supplier should write a letter to the organizer’s address, stated in the notice, with a request to receive a set of the tender documentation. Besides, a potential participant should provide an annotation of his company. The supplier’s representative should bring the originals of the said documents upon receipt of the Tender Documentation.

The tender bids should be delivered by an authorized representative of the supplier - tender participant to “Goznak” at the above-stated address till 9:30 a.m. (Moscow time), October 25, 2006.

Bids received later will not be considered.

Opening of envelopes with tender bids will take place at 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on October 25, 2006 at the address: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str., 17.
