Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (“Goznak”) is carrying out an open tender for the supply in 2007 of polyvinyl alcohol for paper production in the quantity of 305 tons.

We invite organizations with experience in this field and meeting the requirements to the authorization and qualification of suppliers stated in “The Instruction to the Tender Participants”. The tender bids should be delivered by an authorized representative of the supplier - tender participant to “Goznak” at the above-stated address till 9:30 a.m. (Moscow time), October 2, 2006.
Bids received later will not be considered.
Opening of envelopes with tender bids will take place at 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on October 2, 2006 at the address: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str., 17.
