Association Goznak of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation holds an open tender GZ 2/2005 (hereinafter referred to as “Tender”) for the supply of 3900 tn cotton wool for paper industry in 2006.

Organizations having experience in this area and meeting the requirements to legal powers and qualification of suppliers indicated in the Instructions to Bidders are invited to tender. To receive the tender documents the Supplier shall forward a letter of inquiry to the Organizer to the address indicated in the invitation with the request for a set of tender documents. The dealer companies shall indicate in their request the manufacturer of the products they intend to propose. In addition, the potential bidder shall provide a summary of its company – confirmation of production possibilities (capability of the bidder to supply up to 500 tn cotton wool monthly).

The complete set of documents for tendering is available till the 28th October, 2005, in Association Goznak at the address: 17 Mytnaya, Moscow, 115162, tel.: 363 23 75, fax: 954 84 22. The bids shall be delivered by the authorized supplier’s representative – the bidder to Association Goznak at the above address till the 1st November, 2005, 9:30 Moscow time.

The bids delivered with the delay are not considered. The envelopes with the bids will be opened on the 1st November, 2005, at 10:00 Moscow time in the suppliers’ representatives – the bidders presence at the address: 17 Mytnaya, Moscow, 115162. The working hours of Association Goznak: daily from 9:00 till 18:00, on Friday: from 9:00 till 16:45, the break is from 12:30 till 13:15.
