| 1899. B.B. Golitsyn Became Director of the Forwarding Agency |
The main innovations introduced by B. B. Golitsyn at the Enterprise was an eight-hour working day and simultaneous increase of the output rate. These resulted in considerable rise of labor productivity and the company profits. The Forwarding Agency expanded book printing with excellent illustrations. In particular, the Forwarding Agency printed folk tales with Ivan Bilibin’s illustrations.
