| 1918. A Decision to Evacuate Some of the Forwarding Agency Printing Equipment |
In view of a very poor supply of Petrograd with required raw materials for high-quality printing and in view of the danger of its occupation by anti-Bolshevik forces, it was decided to evacuate printing facilities of the Forwarding Agency from the city. Printing works was set up in Penza (in 1919 evacuated to Perm).
