Goznak is a unique enterprise in the field of security printing, paper and coin and order production, important for the activity of the whole country.

Branches of Goznak are located in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Perm Region. The activity of the enterprise does not have essential negative impact on the environment.

The Executive Board of Goznak realize their responsibility for the environmental conditions, rational exploitation of natural resources, ecological safety of their products, the health and welfare of people living in the areas of influence of the branches of the enterprise, and commit themselves to the following:

• to adhere to the requirements of the Federal and regional legislation, regulatory requirements in the field of environmental management and environment protection applied to the activity of Goznak;
• to conform to the requirements of the Russian and international standards in the ecological management field; - to take all possible actions to decrease or prevent negative impact on the environment taking into account the modern level of technological expansion and the financial capacities of the enterprise;
• to improve the ecological management system of Goznak continually.

In order to fulfill these obligations, Goznak intends to:

• use the natural resources and energy sensibly, implement waste-free and low-waste technologies, production and consumption residue secure accumulation, storage and utilization technologies;
• improve the technological processes, implement new equipment and progressive technologies aimed at the decrease of the negative impact on the environment and ecological safety increase;
• effectively manage the ecological aspects of the enterprise activity at all the stages of the management cycle, including the environmental aspect identification and evaluation, establish target and plan values on their basis, monitor and control the ecological parameters of the production activity accomplishment;
• increase the personnel knowledge and responsibility level in the field of environment protection and rational nature management continuously;
• notify the suppliers and contractors of the Enterprise of the present policy obligations and environment protection requirements;
• accomplish information exchange with third parties interested in the environmental activity of the Enterprise.

The Executive Board of Goznak assume their responsibility for the present policy realization by means of definition of corresponding goals and aims, allocation of necessary organizational and financial funds for their achievement, control and evaluation of the environmental activity, the Enterprise ecological management system functioning.
